Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Padelgraph and keeping its player network trustworthy.

Using Padelgraph

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful padel-related activity. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Match information

Reported scores, participants, venues, media, and other match details may be visible to invited players or the community according to the product controls you choose. A result becomes verified only through the confirmation rules shown in the product.

Player content and broadcasts

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Padelgraph the permission needed to host, process, display, and share that content to operate the service. Only record or broadcast people when you have the required permission.

Fair play

Do not impersonate others, manipulate results or ratings, harass players, disrupt the service, scrape private information, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits. We may restrict accounts that threaten players, competition integrity, or the service.

Paid features

If paid features are offered, the price, renewal period, and included usage are shown before purchase. Fees are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout and are subject to the cancellation terms shown there.

Availability and changes

Padelgraph is evolving and features may change. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms and will post the effective date on this page.

Ending use

You may stop using Padelgraph or request account deletion from Settings. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
