This policy explains what Padelgraph collects, why it is used, and the controls available to players.

Information we collect

We collect account and profile details, match and competition activity, connections and invitations, device and usage information, support messages, and media you choose to upload or broadcast. Payment providers process payment details when paid features are used.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, verify match history, calculate competitive and network signals, personalize recommendations, prevent abuse, provide support, communicate service updates, and improve Padelgraph.

How information is shared

Profile and match information is shared according to the visibility and participation controls in the product. We also use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, communications, analytics, streaming, and payments. We do not sell personal information.

Match and broadcast visibility

Invited players may see information required to review a result. Public profiles, recaps, circuit pages, or broadcasts may be visible more broadly when their public controls are enabled. Check the audience before sharing.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and competition integrity. You can request account deletion from Settings; some records may be retained when required for those purposes.

Your choices

You can update profile and visibility settings, manage communications where controls are provided, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Available rights depend on where you live.

Security and children

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is risk-free. Padelgraph is not directed to children under 13, and local age requirements may be higher.
